The 180 degree view captures the Ocean from the sand to the sky, dramatic sunrises & an oceanic experience will leave you relaxed & revitalized.

Spotting whales & dolphins from our private hill side deck overlooking the ocean is hardly a rare occasion, an often daily occurrence. The end autumn & winter months see the most sightings of these majestic mammals.

69 Strand is the ideal accommodation for holiday makers and business travellers alike. The suburb of Brighton Beach is situated only 20 minutes drive from Durban centre, Durban's main beaches, uShaka Marine World and many other of Durban's attractions.

Brighton Beach is also known as "the friendly suburb" and is famous for its surf spot "Cave Rock", its tidal pools and unspoilt beaches. Dolphins can be seen all year-round and with a bit of luck, whales can be spotted in whale season (during the winter months).

Other attractions in the area include golfing, shopping, dining, horse racing (in July) and many more. The Bluff Nature Reserve is great for bird-watching and hiking.
