Nenya is set in magical surroundings with a backdrop of spectacular views over the Disa River Valley & Table Mountain National Park. Nenya is the perfect jump off point for your holiday just 3 km to the ocean in the still active fishing village of Hout Bay and 20 minutes to Cape Town along a world class ocean drive. Hout Bay is the gateway to the Cape Peninsula Nature Reserve and surrounding quirky towns like Simonstown and Kalk Bay. We try to meet the needs of all our guests and are happy to book trips and tours, whether it is walking with baboons or shark cage diving or just a hike in fabulous surroundings or enjoying some local community colour. Nenya is within easy reach of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, five minutes down the road from the Constantia Wine Route, Sunday Craft Market in Hout Bay, trips to Seal Island, Chapmans Peak World class ocean drive and caters for every taste in adventure or relaxation.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. All guests enjoy their own entrances, secure parking and access to the guest lounge on the pool deck which contains a refrigerator, crockery & cutlery and microwave. There is also a small library, magazines and tourist information and Nenya's owner is usually on hand to assist with information of the area. Guest can order in if they do not feel like eating out after a day of sightseeing and can enjoy their meal in the candlelit gazebo in our garden with a glass or two of wine from our honesty bar. During winter (May thru August) breakfast is served with an open log fire by candlelight. Hot chocolate is served at dusk on request for just R15 and with a kick for a little more! Full European style breakfast buffet using locally sourced ingredients is included in the room rate.

Room 1 - Ibis Double bedded room with en suite shower & toilet, ceiling fan, some mountain and garden views and wrap around deck. Free high speed internet access, own entrance, access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included. Room 2 – Egyptian Goose Spacious twin bedded room with period en suite roll top bath, shower attachment and toilet, ceiling fan, some mountain and garden views and wrap around deck. Free high speed internet access, own entrance, access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included. From R325 per person per night.

Suite 3 - Woodpecker Spacious twin bedded suite with double sleeper couch in separate lounge area (sleeps 4 if required), direct pool access, garden and mountain views, en suite shower and toilet. Free high speed internet access, own entrance and access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included.
