We are proud to introduce and welcome you to Lewens-Essens B&B where you will find “Essence for your Soul” Amongst other things the unobstructed 180 degree views will reward you with the most stunning sunsets. We are situated on the beach front, no more than 20 meters from the rocks and the sea, with spectacular views from every room.

You can explore the coast line along white sandy beaches, take a trip to Dassen Island or enjoy the abundant sea life found in the shallow pools. In the evening the moonlight on the water is just a little bit more breathtaking than in the cities, because we have no street lights. A lovely beach is nearby as well as the popular Yzerfontein hiking trail which passes in front of the house along the sea and will introduce you to the West Coast fynbos and flowers. Breathtaking sunsets wave the day goodbye and you get essence for your life.

Accommodation:

The Master Bedroom is a large room with a King size bed, spa bath, hand shower and double basin. Two sliding doors open onto a balcony overlooking the sea, rocks, Table Mountain and Dassen Island. This room is well equipped for the guest who likes to stay in luxury and comfort. A CD/radio player, Tea/coffee facility, TV and hair dryer, are standard amenities.

A hearty breakfast is served while enjoying the amazing views over Schaapen- and Dassen Islands. Rates: Single R450-R500 per night, Double R700-R800 per night.

The Africa Room is situated on the ground floor, this room has its own entrance with a sliding door opening onto a private patio with chairs, table and umbrella for the sun lovers. It is equipped with an on-suite shower, TV, clock radio, tea/coffee facility, hair dryer and two-seater couch. Guests enjoy this room, because it is quiet and peaceful with just the calming sound of the waves coming and going. Rates: Single R390-R450 per night, Double R580-R700 per night.
