House 1:

6 Double Neo Classic rooms with a definite minimal/ethnic flavor all with own bathrooms, plenty of cupboard space and with maid service every morning to clean your room. The rooms boast pure cotton linen, gowns, bath and pool towels as well as toiletries, and hairdryers. TV’s with DSTV satellite, ceiling fans and gas heaters in each room. 2 Self catering and self contained units, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen.

House 3:

The newest addition to the Akuwaiseni Guest House. That brings the total of rooms up to 15. The house, build in 1930, is very shick with wooden origan pine floors and pressed ceilings. Here you can relax on the veranda, overlooking the bird rich garden, while enjoying a glass of wine. This house has 5 self catering cottages, where you can do your own cooking in the evening or if you don't want to, you can have dinner with us.

We can accommodate up to 18 Deligateds for a full conference half day or full day, with Proxima Projector, Flipchart, DVD player.

What we offer:

POOL: Black Heated pool, which can be enjoyed anytime of the year, which is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens which can be enjoyed from either the deck chairs next to the pool or the very welcoming and open plan patio.

BED AND BREAKFAST: Breakfast is included with a choice from a full farm house breakfast, to a healthier option of muesli, yogurt and fruit salad. You can have your eggs done anyway you like from boiled to omelet with your choice of filling. Or you can just start the day with your choice of cereal.

DINNERS: Every morning you will be informed what will be cooked for dinner and it's up to you to decide by 12:00 whether you would be eating dinner with us or not. We have a dinner party or braai/BBQ every Saturday night which we would love you to be part of.

ACCESS TO A GYM: Access to gyms in Melville.

SERVICES: We have an ADSL wireless router so that you can do your work from anywhere in the house.

Rates: from R660 per single room and from R450 per person sharing. All rates include breakfast.
