This charming apartment is located in a security estate within walking distance of the sea and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It sleeps 4 comfortably however a camping mattress and bedding are provided for a fifth person.
Both the main bedroom and the living area are overlooking a small lagoon and the grassy dunes of a marine nature reserve.
The living area is open plan with a TV, DVD and HiFi. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a laundry is on-site. Internet facilities on request. Relax at the pool whilst having a braai (BBQ) or go to the 30km long beachfront and watch colourful kite surfers zoom by.
Both the beach and a small shopping mall with a 7-11 supermarket and some oher shops such as a video/dvd hire and take-away are within walking distance of the apartment.
Kids are welcome (giant waterslide and Mini Golf area at the Muizenberg promenade!). Please note,that you have to cross the road to get to the beach.
