Self-catering apartment close to the beach in Simon's Town.

One double bedroom plus very comfortable sleeper couch, accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

This peaceful, light, airy apartment offers breathtaking 180 degree views of False Bay. From here you can watch the whales in season, the seals, the birds, the boats and all the changing beauty of the bay. Greet the sun as it rises over the mountains opposite or watch the moon cast its soft light onto the waves.

SEA FOREVER is spacious, stylish and designed to bathe you in natural sunlight wherever you are in the apartment. It features a large open plan sitting and dining room with a very comfortable sleeper couch suitable for one adult or two children. Leading from the sitting room is a sheltered deck which overlooks the sea and the garden. From here a spiral staircase leads directly to the garden, BBQ area and pool. There is satellite television and a video player.

The bedroom can be arranged either with twin beds or king size double as required. The neighbourhood is very quiet so you can look forward to peaceful sleep. On waking, lie in bed and gaze across the sea towards Fish Hoek and Muizenberg.

The bathroom, with solar hot water supply – topped up if need be with electric - has a large shower you can sit down in, rather than a bath. Everyone loves its unusual design, which encourages you to sit in the shower's mist as your eyes drift out over the ocean.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You are welcome to use the laundry facilities downstairs or we can organise a laundry service for you should you require it.

The secure garage offers direct access to the apartment.

Just below the apartment, a short walk away, is the delightful, safe and sandy Fisherman's Beach, ideal for swimming, paddling or sunbathing. All along this shoreline there are endless rock pools with a wealth of marine species.

Closer to home you have the use of a magnificent, 10 meter solar heated swimming pool in the garden, well protected from the prevailing south-easterly wind. The mature, indigenously planted garden also has a sturdy trampoline and climbing frame for the young at heart.

The apartment is attached to our house but is self-contained and has its own separate entrance. You will not be intruded upon but you will be sharing the garden and the pool with us. We also like to be on hand to welcome you and ensure your stay is a good one.

Rates: from R650 - R750 per night for the entire apartment. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
