The house is set in spacious surroundings within the tranquil and secure Beaulieu (“a beautiful place”) Country Estate, home to many equestrian lovers and bordering Kyalami Equestrian Park / THS, where the major events in Gauteng take place. The estate boasts delightful walks and bridle trails as well as an extensive bird sanctuary for enthusiasts. The guest house itself opens out to an abundant, leafy garden, also home to a variety of indigenous birdlife.

Each suite has been tastefully decorated with a co-ordinated colour theme, by a creative young interior designer. Two suites occupy the top level which is open thatch with a private wooden deck, whilst the other two are on the ground level and open onto their own private patios. They all have en suite bathrooms with either shower or bath, satellite television, safe boxes, wireless internet access, heaters, fans, tea and coffee facilities and bar fridge. With the exception of one queen bed, all the rooms have king-size beds with quality mattresses and linen. Extra blankets/hotwater bottles are provided for our chilly highveldt winter nights.
