Sunset Game Lodge is a luxury and unique 4-Star lodge situated in the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve close to Kruger National Park. The lodge consists of 6 individually designed air conditioned rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Game Drives and other activities like white water rafting can be organized.

The lodge comprises of 6 beautifully selected en-suite rooms, three double and three twin rooms which lead out to the coll sparkling swimming pool. The rooms offer all the luxury amenities required such as hairdryers, air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities to guarantee a comfortable stay. Three of the six luxury rooms have full bathrooms with his and hers basins. Each luxurious double room has been decorated with artistic flair and the use of different shapes and colours lends a distinctly eclectic feel.

Besides a huge variety of activities like big five game drives and white water rafting facilitated by the lodge, we are also within a 30km reach of the Kruger National Park and the world's 3rd largest canyon, the Blyde River Canyon.

Should guests wish to take a day trip to eother, transfers are available to those that prefet minimal effort in getting there.

We offer full Day Kruger Tours, Bush Drives with sundowner at an open camp fire in the bush and Full Day Panorama Tours are provided with our own open safari vehicle. Bush Walks in the morning and afternoon and all tours and drives are guided by our qualified tour guide who is fluent in English and German.

If relaxing at the lodge is favoured, then enjoy an abundance of more than 200 birds species, of which some are endangeres and thrive in this area we call our "African jewel".

So when the day starts to wane and the sounds and scents of the African night close in, unwind with drinks on the deck and let Africa work her magic. Those interested in lodge cuisine, can observe our chef prepare a delectable South African meal whilst enjoying a glass of wine from our boutique wine selection.
